most orders ship within 2–4 business days after payment clears. once your order leaves our hands, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow it all the way to your door.

carriers

we primarily use usps for standard shipments, but may ship via fedex or ups depending on package size, location, or timing needs.

delivery times

standard ground shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

free shipping promotions

any free shipping offers (like “orders $100+ ship free”) are based on the active promotion published at the time of purchase. value requirements or availability of these promotions may change at our discretion.

order tracking

once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate after the carrier scans it in.

shipping errors or delays

if your package shows delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors, family, or your local post office first — it usually shows up within a day or two. if it’s still missing, reach out to us at fatdadgolfco@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate.
