we offer a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives.
to be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
how to start a return
email fatdadgolfco@gmail.com with your order number and details. once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
please don’t ship anything back until you’ve received approval — items sent without requesting a return won’t be accepted.

if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away with a quick photo so we can make it right.

- sale or clearance items

fastest route: order the new item now, then return the original. once the return is approved and received, we’ll process the refund for the first order.
refunds
we’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. if approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
